Over the past 14 years,Soccerex has built up its reputation as the leading event providers for the global football community. The Soccerex Forum provides exhibitors with the opportunity to meet a large proportion of the football industry in a short space of time, and in particular gives the opportunity to meet the people with the power to make decisions. The Soccerex convention encompasses the whole 'Soccerex Experience' (Exhibition, Conference, Gala Dinner and Football Festival).

As a fast moving, dynamic company, Soccerex has a large event sales team, spread across different locations. Their existing manual methods and processes were not working efficiently or effectively as they wanted.

Coconnex in Action

Soccerex utilised Coconnex’s Interactive Floor Plan as an internal sales and operational tool. The service provides access to the real time, information on stall availability, prices and bookings and is accessible from anywhere. This helped Soccerex to improve the efficiency of their sales process and increase operational effectiveness.

The Coconnex Interactive Floor Plan service was most recently used by Soccerex at the Asia forum event in Singapore. The Coconnex solution was flexible enough to fit their business processes and meet their requirements. Some highlights of this service:

• All of the sales and management team could immediately see the real-time status of bookings and availability on a clear, easy to use, online Interactive Floorplan
• The installation included configuration of access rules which allowed only specific types of users to perform certain functions (e.g. to reserve, cancel , book and update invoicing details for a booked stand)
• Authorised users could edit stand dimensions and stand types
• Reports are also available showing a range of information related to the stand and bookings
• Near to the event date, the Interactive Floorplan was made accessible to delegates, allowing them to plan their visit and see exhibitor details
