About the role
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack developer to join our lean, fast-moving team to design, build new products, and maintain existing products with the help of AI-assisted development tools.
What You will Do:
Write clean, secure, object-oriented PHP for new features and services
Build responsive interfaces with modern JavaScript
Design MySQL schemas and write efficient queries
Use AI tools to speed up scaffolding and iteration with review before anything ships
Collaborate directly with the team using Git for version control
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Core PHP and OOP
- Working knowledge of ES6+ JavaScript and MySQL
- Comfortable with everyday Git (commit, branch, Pull Requests)
- Some personal or professional exposure to AI coding assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Willing to work onsite and collaborate closely with a small team

As a Client Support Executive at Coconnex, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our global clients, primarily event organisers and their teams. If you are tapped into the thought process of an Event Planner and have a passion for easing their pain through providing amazing service, you will love growing with us!
What We Have for You:
Provide client support and technical issue resolution for incoming requests via E-Mail, Phone, Online Ticketing System
Provide training to clients in the use of system and system updates
Document and escalate support issues to the technical support or product teams
Track support communication using a ticketing system to ensure support requests are resolved and marked closed in the required TAT’s as defined in the SLA
Strive to impress customers with exceptional service and continually search for ways to improve processes and deliver additional value to the customer, thereby driving customer loyalty.

What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0-3 years’ experience in a SaaS and/ Client support role
- Excellent English business communication skills
- Experience in the events and meetings industry - HUGE PLUS
- Knowledge of using ticketing software
- Fresh graduate with a software background
About the role
We are hiring a Software Test Engineer to help us ship reliable, high-quality web applications. You will own testing from planning through execution, catching issues before they reach our users.
What you will do:
Design and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to catch bugs early
Test browser and OS compatibility across web-based applications
Run regression, negative, and usability testing to keep quality high
Log, track, and manage test cases and defects using tools like TestLink
Work closely with developers to resolve reported defects
Investigate customer-reported issues escalated by support
Flag deviations from standards and suggest fixes
Leverage AI-assisted testing tools like Claude, and automation frameworks like Selenium, to speed up test coverage and efficiency
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of manual testing experience on web applications
- Solid grasp of STLC and SDLC
- Working knowledge of Git for version control and collaboration
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestLink) and exposure to automation tools like Selenium is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable collaborating across teams (dev, support, product)
- Load/performance testing exposure is a plus
- Testing certifications are a bonus, not a requirement
