ECOC (European Conference & Exhibition on Optical Communications), the leading optical fibre exhibition in Europe, is one of the most successful events being organised by the company. The main objective of the exhibition is to showcase latest innovations and developments in optical devices in telecommunication systems and networks.
The annual event is hosted in different European cities and attracts thousands of attendees and visitors from the optical supply chain and hundreds of exhibitors take part in this exhibition. ECOC 2012, held in Amsterdam, was the 38th edition of the event.

ECOC 2012
In 2012, several new features were added to the core solution, making it more user friendly and leading edge. The updated solution also includes a news module. Whenever a news report publishes or mentions any participating exhibitor's name, that name is highlighted in the website’s news section and this provides extra promotion to the exhibitor. When a user clicks on the highlighted name, he is redirected to the respective exhibitor’s profile.
In the exhibitor directory search, exhibitors can now also look for and buy the products or services they might need. NBM’s hugely popular website, which has been powered by Coconnex, has contributed to increased volumes in online digital product marketing. This has helped NBM in effectively selling its online space, which clearly means more revenue generation and business growth for our prestigious client.
