Coconnex in Action
City & Financial used the Coconnex Visitor Engagement and Registration modules to implement a fully branded event website promoting the event. The Coconnex Registration module was integrated into the website allowing delegates to register for the event.
As networking was a key element of the event, the Coconnex Networking Accelerator was used by delegates to send messages, set up meetings and to organize their schedule in advance
Delegate engagement was further enhanced by using the Coconnex Interactive Floor Plan Visitor View allowing visitors to see details of exhibitors and interactively create a personal event visit plan listing exhibitors they wanted to meet.
The City & Financial team utilised Coconnex Organiser Administration features to manage the website content and to view information about the event in real time.
