The key objective of the Islamic Banking & Finance Council (IBFC) is to facilitate improved efficiency, liquidity and profitability of Islamic banking and financial markets.
In response to a need identified by the industry, but until now unfulfilled, the IBFC provides an impartial and independent network that promotes collaboration amongst practitioners who know and represent the industry, understand the differences within the industry, and who have buy-in from the industry.
Coconnex in Action
GFC utilised Coconnex’s visitor engagement and networking accelerator as a content management and networking tool. The service provides administrative access to the content update using text editor, online member registrations and member authorizations, privilege access to information on conference, forums and publications and is accessible from anywhere. This helped GFC to register new members and authorize them immediately, manage content without any technical dependency and increase user engagement and increase operational effectiveness.
